Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN physician for a full-time, permanent traditional Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in East Central Illinois. The role combines outpatient care, obstetric and gynecologic services, surgical responsibilities, and a manageable call schedule of about 3–4 days per month.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board-eligible or board-certified in OB/GYN.
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain it.
• Comfort with full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Ability to participate in approximately 3–4 call days monthly.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and high-risk coordination.
• Gynecologic diagnosis, office procedures, and surgical treatment.
• Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, and surgical teams.
• Maintain outpatient women's health clinic operations and hospital-based care.
