Job summary

The University of Virginia is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join a collaborative, physician-led group serving patients across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton, and Gainesville. This opportunity offers full-scope OB/GYN care with a model designed for excellent patient care and a sustainable work-life balance.

Responsibilities include outpatient obstetric/gynecologic care, shared call coverage, and operations across Labor & Delivery with access to DaVinci robotic

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification.
• Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care.
• Passion for women's health and building long-term community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Participate in group-based OB call coverage with 24-hour shifts.
• Manage Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent gynecologic surgeries while on call.
• Perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy.
• OR block time.
