Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio seeks a board certified/eligible OB/GYN to join Summa Health Medical Group. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a large, multi-specialty system and teach residents as part of an academic affiliation with Northeast Ohio Medical University.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Must be comfortable teaching and working with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise residents as part of a teaching hospital environment.
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a multidisciplinary Summa Health team.
