Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join our growing team. This role offers flexible work models including 100% clinic-based, OB Hospitalist/Laborist shifts, or traditional full-scope practice to balance professional and personal life.

You will work alongside CNMs and fellow OB/GYN physicians in a mission-driven organization focused on reproductive justice, patient-centered care, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) required.
• DEA certification required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and other OB/GYN physicians.
• Support flexible scheduling and autonomous practice to balance professional and personal life.

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join our growing OB/GYN Team in Santa Cruz, CA. This foundational role offers a rare level of practice autonomy. Compensation and Benefits Include

• Full-Time Annual Salary: $424,000
• Sign-On & Relocation: Comprehensive packages available for full-time physicians
• Comprehensive benefits package for employees at 0.5 FTE or greater

Job Requirements
