Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics in Pine Bluff, AR seeks an OB/GYN to join a 3-physician, 1-part-time GYN practice with strong APRN support and about 700 deliveries annually, including Da Vinci robotic surgery. No abortions performed. Call 1:4 weekends and 1 weeknight per week.

The compensation includes a $425,000 base salary with a 9,000 RVU threshold and $45 per RVU, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship availability.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Comfort with full-scope OB/GYN care

Responsibilities

• Join 3 full-time OB/GYN physicians and 1 part-time GYN physician
• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care with strong APRN support and manage a stable patient base
