Job summary

Job Juncture in Effingham, Illinois, seeks an OB/GYN Physician for a full-scope practice including obstetrics, gynecology and surgery. The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $300,000, plus a recruitment package of $100,000 and mentorship to support career growth and eventual partnership.

There is access to state-of-the-art robotic surgery, dedicated surgical support, and collaboration with APPs and experienced staff to build a broad, community-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN.
• Residency in 2027 or 2028 considered for candidacy.
• Full-scope OB/GYN with surgery and obstetrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including obstetrics, gynecology and surgery.
• Collaborate with APPs and clinical staff to support patient care.
• Deliver care in a setting with mentorship and potential for partnership.
