Job summary

An established, physician-led OB/GYN practice in Effingham, IL seeks a dedicated OB/GYN to join its clinical team for full-scope obstetric, gynecologic, and surgical duties within a mentorship-driven environment.

Earn a $300,000 base salary plus a $100,000 recruitment package, with a $50,000 signing bonus, a $50,000 retention incentive over two years, and opportunities for uncapped productivity bonuses. On-site relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board-certified in OB/GYN.
• Residency in 2027 or 2028 applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery.
• Manage immediate patient demand with an established referral network.
• Perform robotic surgery with mentoring available.
• Collaborate with surgical support and second-scrub assistance.
• Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff.
• Build long-term patient relationships within a community-focused setting.
• Pursue partnership opportunity after three years.
