Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Mississippi is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN Physician. Open to current practitioners and residents completing OB/GYN programs in 2026 and 2027.

You will join a team of 7 physicians and 3 APPs, with access to robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, 3D mammography, fetal ultrasound, and more. The role offers a balanced work-life schedule with a 1:6+ weekend call rotation, post-call days off, and a weekly half-day surgery block.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Mississippi medical license eligibility or license in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum OB/GYN care including obstetrics, gynecologic surgery, and urogynecology.
• Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within the practice.
