Job summary

MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN Physician for a practice in Mississippi. Open to current practitioners and residents completing OB/GYN programs in 2026/2027.

The role offers a collaborative team of 7 physicians and 3 APPs, access to advanced surgical tech, and a balanced schedule with a 1:6+ call rotation and a weekly half-day surgery block. Mentorship and leadership growth are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Mississippi medical license eligibility or licensing.
• Strong surgical skills with interest in OB/GYN care.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN services including preventive care, obstetrics, surgery, and urogynecology.
• Collaborate with a team of board-certified physicians and APPs.
• Participate in a 1:6+ weekend call rotation with post-call days off.
• Support practice growth and mentorship for early-career physicians.
