Job summary

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join an established practice anchored by CHRISTUS Children's downtown hospital, with access to advanced surgical technology and tertiary subspecialty support.

The role features a heavy obstetrics caseload (85% OB / 15% GYN), a 5-day clinic week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a flexible half-day for admin, on-site Level IV NICU, MFM collaboration, and opportunities for academic involvement.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Texas Medical License or eligibility required.
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care in outpatient and hospital settings.
• Manage prenatal visits, labor and delivery, antepartum rounds, and postpartum care.
• Perform routine GYN surgeries using modern laparoscopic and robotic platforms.
• Collaborate with MFM specialists, pediatric teams, and hospitalists to optimize outcomes.
• Potential teaching/supervising of residents during rotations and cases.
