R.L. Barclay & Associates on the Mississippi Gulf Coast seeks an OB/GYN Physician to join a five-physician team in a collaborative, mentorship-focused setting. The role supports both new graduates and experienced physicians with opportunities for partnership after three years.

The position offers a flexible 4-day work week, a 1:5+ weekend call rotation, dedicated OR block time, and access to da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery within a modern facility near the clinic.

Formación

• MD/DO, BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Open to all experience levels, including residents finishing training in 2026/2027.
• Team-oriented physician committed to evidence-based and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including obstetrics and gynecology.
• Manage a high-volume obstetric service with ~50–60 deliveries per month.
• Perform minimally invasive surgeries and robotic procedures as part of a diverse practice.
• Collaborate with a five-physician team and contribute to mentorship and growth.
