Job summary

Almara Women's Health in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, invites an OB/GYN to join a physician-owned, five-practice collaboration with a partnership track. The position offers mentorship from experienced partners and a strong referral base, with a focus on autonomous practice within a supportive network.

You'll contribute to obstetrics, gynecology, and related services in a growing private-private model, enjoying work-life balance through shared resources and call coverage, plus a path to equity.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecologic surgery and outpatient medicine.
• Commitment to long-term physician-owned model.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a physician-owned private practice.
• Collaborate with physician partners and mentors within Almara network.
• Participate in partnership pathway discussions and long-term growth plans.

Overview

This is a truly unique opportunity to work in a physician-owned practice that operates within a collaborative of five successful, independent practices. Almara Women's Health combines the nimbleness and collegiality of a small private practice with the versatility of a larger network.
