Job summary

Lakeland Regional Health is hiring Generalist OB/GYN physicians to join our hospital-employed women's health practice in Lakeland, FL. This role provides obstetric and gynecologic care with a team-based model and no night call, supporting work-life balance.

Responsibilities include supervising residents and medical students, teaching during inpatient, outpatient, Labor & Delivery, and operative care, and contributing to a robust OB/GYN residency program launching Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible and Florida license required.
• Primarily clinical OB/GYN practice with team support.
• Involvement in teaching residents and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic patient care
• Practice in a team-based model with real-time partner support
• Supervise and teach residents and medical students during inpatient, outpatient, Labor & Delivery, and operative care
• Dedicated Administrative Time
• Practice Day Call Only
