Ob Hospitalists are in the hospital 24/7 to ensure consistent and timely care for every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or the obstetric emergency department.

Summerville Medical Center is a 124-bed hospital providing acute care and comprehensive health services to the Lowcountry community. It features a level II nursery for ill or premature newborns, a maternal-fetal telemedicine program for high-risk pregnancies, and home-like labor, delivery, and recovery rooms. With a 2.0 coverage program, two OBHG physicians are on site 24/7.
