Connectly Recruiting is assisting a Mississippi Gulf Coast practice in recruiting an OB/GYN physician for a full‑time, on‑site role. The team emphasizes mentorship, mutual support, and a clear path to partnership after three years.

The position features work‑life balance with a 1:5+ weekend call rotation, potential for a 4‑day work week, dedicated OR block time, and post‑call days off. Deliveries are ~50–60 per month with a GYN-heavy focus and access to a Level II NICU.

Qualificações

• MD/DO required and board certification/eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Open to residents completing training in 2026/2027.
• Team-oriented physician with commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including routine obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic procedures as part of the practice.
• Participate in a diverse clinical mix with ~50–60 deliveries per month and a GYN-focused caseload.
• Collaborate with a five-physician team in a mentorship-driven, no-hierarchy environment.
• Contribute to patient education and continuous quality improvement.
