The position offers a 1:5+ weekend call rotation, potential 4-day work week, and access to state-of-the-art facilities including da Vinci robotic surgery and a Level II NICU. Partnership pathways with equity are available after three years.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Open to all experience levels, including residents completing training in 2026/2027.
• Team-oriented physician committed to evidence-based and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a high-volume practice.
• Perform minimally invasive surgeries and robotic procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with a five-physician team and participate in mentorship toward partnership.
