Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients per approved protocols
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and families
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Interprets diagnostic information and plans care
• Maintains patient records and ensures accurate documentation
• Collaborates with care team and refers patients when needed
