Endeavor Health seeks a dedicated Obstetrician/Gynecologist Hospitalist to lead and manage care across labor and delivery units. The role focuses on high-quality, evidence-based obstetric services in a dynamic, integrated health system with multiple locations.
You will participate in quality improvement initiatives, supervise clinical care, and collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and service-line leaders while upholding our values of kindness, excellence, ownership and teamwork.

Physicians will be at the forefront of shaping and molding a cutting-edge OB Hospitalist program with an Obstetric Emergency Department while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Endeavor Health offers Labor & Delivery care at six hospitals across the region. Each location provides private birthing suites, advanced technology and expert teams of OB/GYNs, midwives, nurses and specialists. Edward Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, and Northwest Community Hospital all hold Blue Distinction®+ Centers for Maternity Care designation. Elmhurst hospital provides a level IIe Special Care Nursery with extended capabilities, and Edward Hospital and Northwest Community Hospital both provide a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. All three hospitals have robust annual delivery volumes; Elmhurst Hospital (3000), Edward Hospital (3600) and Northwest Community Hospital (2150).
