Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an OB/GYN residency program
• Board certification or eligibility by ABOG or AOBOG
• Active NY State medical license
• Active federal DEA registration and NYS CDS registration
• Active BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide full obstetric and gynecologic care across outpatient and labor/delivery units
• Perform routine gynecologic exams, preventive screenings, and diagnostic procedures
• Manage prenatal, high-risk pregnancies, and postpartum care including emergency obstetric interventions
• Counsel on family planning, contraception, menopause management, and reproductive health
• Collaborate with CNMs, NPs, and other clinical staff in an integrated outpatient model
• Ensure accurate electronic health record documentation and compliance with guidelines
