SSM Health-affiliated Fond du Lac Regional Clinic is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a seven-physician group in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The position offers a four-day work week (three clinic days and one day in the OR) with a multispecialty hospital attached and NICU services available 24/7.

Compensation starts at $455,000 guaranteed with potential to earn up to $713,000 through production-based pay, plus shareholder opportunity within 12 months, relocation assistance, and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with Wisconsin license preferred.
• Experience in obstetrics/gynecology with ability to perform minimally invasive surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Deliver and manage obstetric patients in a multispecialty hospital setting.
• Participate in call schedule and provide leadership in clinic and OR days.
