Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, part of SSM Health, seeks a BE/BC OB/GYN to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The role offers a four-day work week (3 clinic days, 1 OR day) with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities and access to robotic surgery.

The compensation includes a guaranteed salary of $455,000 with eligibility for production-based earnings up to $713,000, plus a shareholder track after 12 months and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BE/BC OB/GYN physician eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient obstetrics and gynecology.
• Experience with minimally invasive robotic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Collaborate with MFM and NICU services available 24/7.
• Perform minimally invasive robotic surgery.
• Share in call schedule (1:7).
