Job summary
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Obstetrics & Gynecology department in Charleston, SC invites a board-certified or eligible clinician-educator to join our expanding team. You will educate students, residents and fellows while delivering high‑quality OB/GYN care with a flexible clinic schedule and dedicated Labor & Delivery coverage.
Responsibilities include inpatient and OR involvement, collaboration with subspecialists, and a supportive work‑life balance in a clinical‑track
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and academic medicine.
Responsibilities
- Educate medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Engage in a customizable clinic schedule aligned with professional needs.
- Provide Labor & Delivery coverage (one day/month) and inpatient coverage (~4 weeks/yr).
- Perform GYN surgery cases with OR time and robotic capabilities for credentialed staff.
- Collaborate with subspecialists and participate in a flexible call system.
- No research requirement; utilize EPIC for medical records.
