Job summary

Woodland Women\'s Health Associates of Physicians for Women\'s Health in Hartford, CT seeks a full-time Physician to support our Ob/Gyn practice. The team includes 9 MDs and 1 APRN, with call duties shared among providers and affiliation with Saint Francis Hospital and Hartford Hospital.

The role requires diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and applying obstetric/gynecologic expertise across patient ages. EMR proficiency and strong patient communication are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Connecticut License to practice medicine.
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic examinations and develop patient care plans.
• Order and perform preventive care and minor procedures.
• Counsel patients on treatment options, family planning and wellness.
• Coordinate care with hospital partners and maintain EMR records.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure continuity of care.
