Location: Union Hospital – Elkton, Maryland
Schedule: Full Time | Day Shift | Clinical Lead: No Rotation | Staff Physician: Rotating Days/Evenings

About the Roles

OB/GYN Physician – Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including prenatal, delivery, surgical, and gynecologic services
  • Rotate across day and evening shifts
  • Take home call (approx. 5–6 shifts per 4-week block, with 30-minute response time)

OB/GYN Clinical Lead – Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as clinical leader and mentor for the OB/GYN team
  • Collaborate with operational and service line leadership to enhance clinical care delivery and standardization
  • Lead performance improvement efforts and guide strategy for growth and quality
  • Provide oversight of providers (physicians and APCs), patient care standards, and practice health

Position Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Maryland
