Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the OB/GYN team in an inpatient Labor and Delivery/Maternity setting. The role includes independent work with MDs, care delivery across L&D, Maternity, L&D Triage, and OR first assist.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years OB/GYN experience and a strong interest in Women’s Health. Coverage includes day/night rotations, weekends, and no call; CHA offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OB/GYN experience required.
• Strong interest in Women’s Health and serving underserved communities.
• Ability to collaborate with MDs in inpatient Labor and Delivery and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in collaboration with a team of MDs in the Labor and Delivery/Maternity unit.
• Deliver care in Labor & Delivery, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient GYN rounding, ER consults, and first assist in OR cases.
• 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts; day/night rotating including weekends.
• No on-call requirement; participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives and use Epic EMR.
