Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to join the OB/GYN team. The PA will work independently in collaboration with MDs on the Labor and Delivery/Maternity unit, delivering care across L&D, Maternity, L&D Triage, inpatient rounding for GYN, ER consults and first assist in OR.

The position is 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts, day/night rotating including weekends, and no on-call requirement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Commitment to women's health and underserved populations.
• PA-C license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with MDs on Labor and Delivery/Maternity unit.
• Deliver care in L&D, Maternity, L&D Triage, inpatient GYN rounding, ER consults, first assist in OR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and teaching opportunities.
