Henry Ford Health is seeking a Physician to deliver high-quality medical care at our Moross Road campus on Detroit's east side, serving the Grosse Pointes area. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients, coordinate transitions, and participate in education and research activities.

Qualifikationen

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Michigan.
• Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients using appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Coordinate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
• Recommend and participate in initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
• Accept patient referrals from other physicians and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician for hospitalized patients.
• Participate in academic programs, including medical education and research, as requested.
• Provide thorough documentation to meet insurance requirements and appeal denials promptly.
