You will join four OB/GYNs in a well-established clinic across from the new hospital and Surgery Center, with a 4-day workweek and a 1:5 call rotation supported by a 24/7 nurse triage line.

The Opportunity

You'll join a team of four OB/GYNs in a well-established practice with a strong regional referral base. The CMH OB/GYN Clinic sits directly across the street from the brand new hospital and the Surgery Center for easy access.

• 4-day workweek
• 1:5 call rotation, supported by a 24/7 nurse triage line
• New Birth Place (opened April 2026): 9 LDRP rooms, 2 OB triage rooms, dedicated C-section suite, recovery room, beautiful large newborn nursery
• Updated and expanded hospital surgery department with all new pre and post op areas including 4 th OR suite to be completed by May 2027
• 6 Outpatient OR suites in Douglas Medical Center

Compensation is structured to retain engaged physicians:

• 18-month guaranteed salary with RVU bonus model – above median with exceptional earning potential
