LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician to provide comprehensive women's health and obstetrical care in a collaborative outpatient setting in Missouri.

The physician will perform exams, manage prenatal and postpartum care, and coordinate with specialists to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive compensation, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Active DEA registration.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN preferred.
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills.
• Interest or experience in community-based healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Manage prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological patient care.
• Perform routine and preventive women's health screenings.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, reproductive health, and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide consultation and clinical guidance to Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage on a rotational basis.
• Obtain and maintain hospital admitting privileges or collaborate with inpatient/hospitalist services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, community health programs, and professional development activities.

Position Summary
