Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks an OB-GYN physician for locum tenens coverage in Foley, Alabama. The assignment includes 24-hour call coverage and day rounding on admitted obstetric patients.

Responsibilities include routine and complex deliveries, cesarean sections, surgical gynecology, and interpreting fetal heart rate tracings with OB ultrasounds. Collaboration with Family Medicine residents supports required ACGME delivery experiences.

Qualifications

• Board certified obstetrician/gynecologist with current license in Alabama.
• Active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• OB-GYN experience; robotic gynecology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour OB-GYN call coverage.
• Day rounding on admitted obstetric patients.
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including cesarean sections.
• Interpret fetal heart rate tracings and perform OB ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with Family Medicine residents for required ACGME delivery experiences.
