Weatherby Healthcare is offering OB/GYN locum tenens opportunities in Foley, Alabama. Positions include 24-hour call shifts with up to 6 hours of rounding, inpatient coverage, ER call for GYN emergencies, and management of both low- and high-risk OB cases. Ultrasound interpretation and obstetric procedures are required.

Ongoing coverage with paid malpractice, travel and housing expenses, and access to a Weatherby consultant are included; you will be part of a charter member organization of NALTO.

Formación

• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Complicated deliveries required -- c-section, breech, VBAC, multiple births
• Surgical gynecology required -- open and laparoscopic procedures

Responsabilidades

• 24-hour call shifts -- up to 6 hours rounding in facility
• Average 6 patients per shift; 7 - 10 phone consults per 24 hours
• Hospital-based inpatient coverage -- includes ER call for GYN emergencies
• Low and high risk OB management required
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required -- Level I and II
• Complicated deliveries required -- c-section, breech, VBAC, multiple births
• Surgical gynecology required -- open and laparoscopic procedures
