Ascension's AMG Providence Women’s Health Clinic in Waco, Texas, is seeking a full-time physician to join an established team providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. The role offers exposure to robotic-assisted procedures with the da Vinci system and a supportive, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Join an established team of 8 physicians, 2 NP's and 1 PA
• Call structure: 1:8 (1:9 weekend call)
• Practice setting: outpatient clinic | inpatient
• Access to the da Vinci Surgical System for robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Deliver exceptional clinical care by utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to provide personalized, high-quality medical interventions for every patient.
• Elevate care standards and cost-effectiveness by actively collaborating on quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
