Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a respected Metro Detroit practice. The role offers a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic care with robust surgical development opportunities and access to advanced robotics under mentorship.

The position features a flexible schedule of 3-4 office days per week, a 24-hour weekday call with a post-call day off, and a shared 1:6 weekend OB call with midwives, plus strong potential for partnership and bonuses.

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic cases including Level II & III NICUs.
• Perform NSTs, ultrasounds, and hysteroscopies; expand surgical expertise with robotics.
