Management Performance Associates in the Metro Detroit area seeks an OB/GYN Physician to join a respected practice with 35+ years of service. The role offers a collaborative team of 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives, and access to advanced surgical robotics under experienced mentorship.

The position features a 3-4 day office schedule, a 24-hour weekday call with a post-call day off, and a 1:6 weekend OB call rotation with midwives.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care with a balanced workload.
• Perform and assist in surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Participate in Level II/III NICU cases and in-office procedures such as NSTs and ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and midwives to optimize patient outcomes.
