Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a 12-physician and 5-nurse-midwife team in the Metro Detroit area. The role offers a competitive base salary, potential productivity bonuses, and partnership opportunities.

The position features a 3–4 office days per week with surgical responsibilities, a 1 weekday 24-hour call pattern with a post-call day off, and a 1:6 weekend OB call rotation shared with midwives.

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN or residency in progress.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Willing to participate in a 1:6 weekend OB call rotation with midwives.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care, including NSTs, ultrasounds and hysteroscopies.
• Expand surgical skills with access to OR time and robotics mentorship.
• Share surgical responsibilities with the team and manage on-call duties.
