You'll be part of a well-respected team of 5 OB/GYNs, 2 Midwives, Nurses, Lactation Consultants, and Childbirth Educators, all dedicated to providing exceptional care. We welcome physicians specializing in Urogynecology, Reproductive and Infertility, and other subspecialties, offering a diverse and stimulating practice environment.

At our practice, we believe in empowering our physicians. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions regarding your practice, schedule, staffing, and more. We understand the importance of balancing professional and personal commitments, which is why we offer an option for part-time work. Your call schedule will be manageable with 1:8 weekend call and 1 weekday per week.

Our practice offers comprehensive on-site women’s health services, including lab work, mammography, and more, ensuring seamless patient care. You'll benefit from a strong referral network and a dynamic support team, all working together to help you succeed. We utilize Epic EHR for efficient and organized patient management.

What We Offer: Exceptional Compensation & Benefits Designed for You

We are committed to recognizing and rewarding your dedication. You'll find a high earning potential with no cap, with our physicians making up to $900K. We also offer a generous time-off package, including up to 6 weeks of paid time off plus 6 paid holidays at start, with flex time as a shareholder.

We offer substantial financial incentives, including eligibility for a $40K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and a residency stipend. We believe in shared success, which is why you're eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, with no buy-in required and zero downside risk.

Your financial future is important to us. We provide a 401k with a match (100% vested day one) and profit sharing. To support your ongoing professional development, we offer a $2,500 CME allowance and cover paid license and certification renewals.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $450,000 - $900,000.
