Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, OH, is recruiting an OB/GYN to join our team of over 150 providers across more than 30 specialties. The position offers a competitive salary with a guaranteed two-year salary floor, production incentives, and a generous sign-on bonus.

You will work in an integrated, all-in-one practice with dedicated nursing support, 1:5 call, access to a robotic-capable OR, and opportunities for teaching residents.

Responsibilities

• Join an established OB/GYN team delivering obstetrics and gynecology care.
• Handle approximately 650 deliveries per year and a balanced OB/GYN workload.
• Call schedule of 1:5 shared among the group and access to robotic capabilities in the OR.

Practicing Here

• Established, experienced team of four OB/GYNs, three certified nurse midwives, and one part-time Gynecologist

• Average daily volume of 30-35 patients

• Approximately 650 deliveries per year

• Balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology

• Call schedule of 1:5 upon hire, shared equally among the group

• Integrated, all-in-one practice with the clinic conveniently located within the hospital and direct access to the OR and L&D unit

• Dedicated 1:1 nursing support, with scribe support available after six months

• Dedicated block OR time with robotic capabilities

• Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students
