Ascension St. Vincent Evansville is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our busy, established practice within a leading Catholic health system.
This full-time position offers a two-year base salary guarantee of $460,000 with RVU-based upside and incentives such as a commencement bonus, relocation allowance, loan assistance, and a CME stipend. Four clinic days per week, with a strong referral base and hospital resources.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated OB/GYN Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join a highly collaborative and established team consisting of 7 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Gynecology Physician, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant.
Share night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities with the group finalizing modified call structures alongside the OB Hospitalist group to maximize work-life balance.
Navigate a dynamic, mixed inpatient and outpatient care setting providing continuous coverage for women's health needs.
This practice consistently ranks near the top of the Ascension Medical Group (AMG) for quality and maintains an outstanding patient satisfaction rating with a Net Promoter Score exceeding 90%.
Direct patient care utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making to secure top-tier quality outcomes and consistently exceed patient satisfaction standards.
Collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary lines-partnering with Nursing, Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, and Neonatology teams-to deliver highly synchronized, patient-centered care.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
