You will work alongside respected physicians and NPs, in a modern birthing center with strong Stanford Health collaboration and a Level II NICU. California license and board eligibility are required, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Active or eligible California medical license.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in outpatient and hospital settings.
• Manage prenatal and postnatal care and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on-call hospital coverage.
• Collaborate with NPs and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold patient safety standards.

Our affiliate, Sequoia Hospital, offers a modern, well‑equipped birthing center with 1,000+ deliveries annually, 24/7 anesthesia coverage and a Level II NICU and strong partnership with Stanford Medicine for tertiary care. To be successful, you must be a board‑eligible or board‑certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician, seeking autonomy, collaboration and flexibility in the Bay Area, one of California’s most desirable places to live and work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
• Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on‑call hospital coverage.
• Collaborate with NPs and other team members to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient safety and compliance.

• Guaranteed salary: $385,000 – $400,000 plus productivity incentives.

Pay Range

Pay range: $385,000 – $400,000 per year.
