University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, a member of UMMS, has an opening for a full-time OB/GYN physician. The practice includes two OB/GYN physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, with 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist coverage and a Level II nursery.

Responsibilities

• General obstetrics and gynecology care.
• Employed group providing coverage for growing volumes.
• 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist coverage.
• Participate in a high-volume obstetrics unit with 1400 deliveries per year and Level II nursery.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation support.

• Service supported by 24/7 in house OB hospitalist coverage
• Hospital performs 1400 deliveries per year on average; unit includes 14 labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum rooms
• Level II nursery covered by 24/7 pediatric hospitalists
• Work/life balance supported by very limited call arrangement of your choice
• Excellent hospital administration support as well as in office support staff
• Position eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation support
