Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with surgical first‑assist experience for an OB/GYN role on California’s Central Coast near Monterey. The position offers a base salary of $158,000–$193,000 with additional productivity incentives and solid benefits.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of Women’s Health experience, be eligible for California licensure and hospital privileges, and demonstrate documented surgical assists within the last 24

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Women’s Health experience beyond training.
• NP or PA eligible for California licensure and hospital privileges.
• Must meet medical staff criteria for surgical first assist.
• Must document at least 25 surgical assists within the previous 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient OB/GYN care and annual exams.
• Inpatient rounding and surgical first assist.
• First assist for gynecologic surgeries and cesarean deliveries.
