Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Physician Assistant to join the OB/GYN team in an inpatient Labor and Delivery/Maternity setting. You will work with a team of MDs, delivering care across L&D, Maternity, triage, and OR first assist roles.

The position requires 2+ years of OB/GYN experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to serving underserved communities. Involves three 12-hour shifts per week with day/night rotation and no on-call duty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of OB/GYN experience required or strong interest in Women’s Health.
• Candidates should have excellent clinical skills and a desire to serve underserved, multicultural populations.
• Ability to work independently in collaboration with MDs in inpatient obstetric settings.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with MDs on the Labor and Delivery/Maternity unit.
• Provide care in L&D, Maternity, L&D Triage, inpatient GYN rounding, ER consults, and first assist in OR cases.
• 36 hours per week on three 12-hour shifts; day/night rotation including weekends; no call.
