Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Germantown, MD seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the OB-GYN team in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. This PRN clinic role follows M-F, 8-hour shifts with on-site support and a focus on whole-person care across physical, emotional and spiritual health.

MSN required; terminal degree preferred. MD RN licensure (or Compact) is required, with WHNP OB/GYN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact state.
• Advanced certification/credentialing according to specialty area.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• WHNP with OB/GYN experience preferred.
• New grads with L&D RN experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
• Provide therapeutic health services focused on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Promote and support clinical and organizational practices and initiatives.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within OB-GYN.
• Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program.
