Job summary

• Licensed Virginia RN (or LPN with equivalent education and/or experience) is required.
• Three (3) years of supervisor/charge nurse experience is required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for the HH Generalist Obstetrics and Gynecology practice.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop the clinical team including RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants.
• Ensure patient safety, quality initiatives, and patient experience improvements.
• Travel to all office locations as required.
