Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN for inpatient obstetric care in an Idaho assignment. The role involves managing high- and low-risk pregnancies, performing OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and assisting with complicated deliveries.

The schedule includes 5 pm–7 am shifts with weekend pager, and Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses, with 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN.
• High- and low-risk pregnancy management experience.
• Proficient in Level I/II OB ultrasound interpretation.
• Experience with amniocentesis and complicated deliveries.
• Inpatient obstetric care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric care in a high-risk setting.
• Perform Level I/II OB ultrasounds and interpret results.
• Assist with amniocentesis and complicated deliveries.
• Conduct laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures.
• Manage 5 pm–7 am shifts with weekend pager.
