Job summary

Baystate Health, located in Springfield, MA, seeks an experienced OB/Gyn physician to lead the Wesson Women’s Clinic at Baystate Medical Center. This full‑time role includes in‑hospital call on a rotating basis and leadership of a team of residents and advanced practitioners.

You will mentor residents and medical students and collaborate with the Division Chief and UMass Chan Medical School‑Baystate to develop innovative programs that improve outcomes for diverse communities.

Qualifications

• ABMS BC in Ob/Gyn with leadership in an academic department.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring residents and medical students.
• Commitment to health equity and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of OB/GYN residents and advanced practitioners delivering ambulatory care.
• Champion health equity and culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate with Division Chief to shape strategic programs.
• Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students; participate in teaching.
• Attend in-hospital OB/GYN call on a rotating basis.
