Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Ob/Gyn physician to lead the Wesson Women’s Clinic at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. This full-time role blends clinical care with teaching and mentorship in an academic setting.

You will lead a dedicated team of OB/GYN residents and practitioners, champion health equity, and collaborate on strategic programs while participating in in-hospital call as part of a faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School–Baystate.

Qualifications

• ABMS Board-C-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC/BE).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with leadership in an academic department.
• Demonstrated collaboration, interpersonal and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of OB/GYN residents and advanced practitioners.
• Champion health equity and culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate to shape strategic priorities and innovative programs.
• Blend clinical care with teaching of residents, fellows, and students.
• Participate in in-hospital obstetrics/gynecology call on a rotating basis.
