PHYSICIANS MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Medical Coder with a strong OB-GYN coding background. The role focuses on accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding while ensuring documentation aligns with payer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in OB-GYN coding, be certified (CPC/AHIMA), and bring Athenahealth experience. Proficiency in EPIC and eCW is preferred. Join our busy multi-specialty billing team and support revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• CPC or AHIMA certification required.
• OB-GYN medical coding experience of at least 5 years.
• Experience with Athenahealth required.
• EPIC and eCW knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Review medical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with providers and billing staff to resolve coding issues.
