Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high level of customer/patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care under the direction of the Clinician, assisting the provider to gather information relevant to the patient’s visit and condition.
• Communicating clearly with patients seeking care through telephone and in-person interactions.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to support patient care and ensure accuracy and follow-through.
