Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or current active RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Utah or at least one year MA experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills with word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and caregivers to deliver high-quality care.
• Utah-specific MA residency option if certified with less than one year MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under clinician direction by gathering information relevant to visit and condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients via telephone and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver patient care with attention to detail.
